Follow through is often tough to do - but we did. Put out a first draft report displaying two months of initial KPI data. We will begin rolling this out into other areas of our department.

In other news we have a fully supported version of Zenoss now deployed and are currently running through a weekly rotation to get our staff up to speed. Cool product, mucho visibility, exciting stuff.
